AOMU functional blends are made from 100% natural essential oils. Like all scents we perceive through smell, essential oils release aromatic molecules into the air.

But unlike other senses, smell has a direct path to the brain. These molecules travel from the olfactory receptors straight to the amygdala—the part of the brain connected to emotions. This also activates other parts of the limbic system, triggering the release of certain hormones.

That’s why AOMU inhalers can naturally boost energy, improve mood, or support better sleep—simply by breathing them in.

Don’t insert the AOMU stick directly into your nose - doing so can actually reduce the scent’s intensity. Instead, hold it just below your nostril and take a slow, gentle breath in. You can repeat this a few times.

Scent perception is highly individual. Some people feel the effects immediately, while others may need a few more breaths. If you wish to inhale for a longer period, take a short break after 2 to 5 minutes.

Why? Because our sense of smell originally evolved to alert us to danger—so the brain naturally tunes out a scent after a while to stay alert to new signals.

With regular use (2–3 times a day), one stick usually lasts 30 days. For occasional use, it can last even longer.

But like everything natural, essential oils gradually lose their strength – even if the scent is still noticeable.

That’s why we recommend using your AOMU stick within 45 days after opening. After that, we can’t guarantee full effectiveness.
