How do AOMU inhalation sticks work?
Do not put the AOMU sticks directly into your nose, as you would then paradoxically feel the scent weaker. On the contrary, hold them just below your nostril and inhale very slowly and gently. You can repeat this several times. The way you perceive scents is very individual, and while someone will feel the effects right away, someone else needs more inhalations. In any case, if you want to inhale for longer, take a break after 2 to 5 minutes. Originally, our sense of smell warned us of danger, and therefore it only focuses on one scent for a limited time.

How long will the stick last?
Like everything in the world, essential oils lose their potency over time. Therefore, the recommended shelf life of the sticks is AOMU 4-6 weeks after opening. After this time, we can no longer guarantee effectiveness.
Can I use the sticks during pregnancy or if I have asthma?
Our inhalation sticks are made only from natural ingredients and are very safe. We have also had their health safety verified by specialists from Porta Medica. However, if you have asthma or are pregnant, we recommend consulting your GP before using them.
What if my stick doesn't smell?
We carefully select and test the essential oils in our sticks to ensure that they are pleasant to most people. That's why we call them fragrances. But just like food, everyone perceives scents differently. So if you don't like the smell of our sticks, you can return them during the trial period.
How does the free trial work?
We believe that you will best know the power of the bars when you try them yourself. That is why we give every customer the opportunity to order their first bars for free. After receiving them, you can test them for 14 days, and if you are not satisfied with them, you have a week to return them. Just go to any Zásilkovna and report a special code. You do not pay anything. Only if you are satisfied with the bars, we will debit your card after 21 days. It applies to the first order of Energy, Happy, Sleep bars or the entire AOMU set.
Where are the bars made?
The entire production of the product takes place in the Czech Republic 🇨🇿. First, the oils are mixed, the tampons are soaked in these oils and then the stick is made. This part of the production takes place in Kaplice, a town near Český Krumplov. And using Uniplast in Pardubice, we produce packaging for the sticks, which is made of 100% biodegradable material.
What are the sticks made of?
We only make our stick cases from renewable materials that are easily biodegradable and compostable. The cotton fillings of the sticks are also made from a completely natural composition. AOMU are the first 100% biodegradable inhalation sticks made entirely from sustainable sources.
